Activities

Our retreats are not only about Yoga! Most importantly, they give you the time to unwind and reset. Therefore each retreat is a balance of yoga classes, cultural outings and time to do what you want; reading, socialising, swimming, walking.

​Vicky teaches a range of sessions throughout the retreat, including dynamic Hatha, slow Yin, strengthening Yogalates, challenging Core, deep relaxation, meditation and breathwork. All sessions are optional, so pick and choose!

 

Some of our retreats include creative elements. For example, Rosa may run a textiles workshop or a seasonal craft session, such as lino-cut Christmas cards.

Food

Food is a huge part of our retreats. We understand how much cuisine can make a holiday, convey the culture of a place and bring people together. So, we have created a menu that centres around health, nourishment and flavour. Our food is all vegetarian, and we also cater for vegan, gluten-free and other diets. We embrace delicious ingredients that are as great for your body as your tastebuds. 

Together, we have developed a wide range of  mezze-style dishes, with middle-eastern and Mediterranean influences and bursting with herbs and spices.

 

Rosa is our main caterer and was introduced to retreat cooking by her grandmother Maggie, who catered for us for many years.

Location is everything!

 

Across the UK, we have several retreat destinations, set in the stunning Welsh and Shropshire hills. All our venues have light-filled yoga studios, peaceful gardens & grounds and options for single or twin rooms.

More recently, we have started running overseas retreats. Spain, Montenegro, France, Norway, Italy, Greece...to name a few!

Our overseas retreats are all about culture, language and exploring new places whilst doing yoga. Some retreats are slow & dreamy (and involve something like pasta-making or even wine-tasting!), others are more adventurous (walking, canoeing, paddleboarding...)
