About us

We are Snowdrop, a mother and daughter retreat company based in the rolling hills of Shropshire. Covering Yoga, Creativity and Nature, we offer immersive experiences which restore the soul.

 

Vicky has run retreats in the UK and overseas for the last 25 years. Now, Vicky and Rosa both teach their various specialities over day, weekend and week-long retreats.

 

Our retreats are for all. Whatever your age, ability or experience, we welcome anyone who shares our profound interest in wellbeing.

Vicky

Vicky has trained in Yoga, Yogalates and Yoga therapy, she teaches classes around Shrewsbury. Her classes focus on strengthening and stretching, alongside  mindfulness and meditation. Vicky also runs gardening workshops including growing flowers & veg and garden design.

Rosa

Rosa has just completed her Fashion and Textiles course. She specialises in print making, fibre arts, clay work and jewellery-making with a special love of sewing and dyeing. Her creative workshops are based around the earth, using natural materials and techniques. ​​

Sustainability

Sustainability is a fundamental part of our business. We work to protect and respect our planet in every way we can with travel, food and resources. Where possible, we travel by train to our overseas retreats. For many years we have harvested our own fruit, veg, flowers and timber from our kitchen garden and woodland. We use this home-grown produce for catering and workshops.
